Guest Info
Phase 1 of the operation is greeting guests to “The Inn”. As this will be the only point of sale to start with the following procedure will be adhered to. Once the operation expands then modified plans will come into effect. Check-in time is 2:00PM and on the booking firm we request approximate arrival time. The signage on the driveway welcoming the guests will be updated prior to arrival. Subject to the booking information, we will name the entire family arriving.
They will proceed to the HQ and park their vehicle where they will be greeted by Southern Comfort Staff. A cold towel and drink will be issued and a parking bay assigned for their vehicle. A credit card deposit will be taken and they will be escorted to the “Inn”. They will be issued keys to lock and unlock Inn and also shown the “Welcome Book” on the Inn Operation.
Then they are left to their own devices and not disturbed until they check out. A quick inspection before they leave and a comment in the visitor’s book before departure.
Make up room and during stay
Inquire if the guest wishes their room made-up during their stay. If so, arrange time while they are out to remake beds and tidy up.
